Bring in the new year at CPAC.

Join a world-class athletic club network in the heart of the Chicago Suburbs. Two convenient locations with 16 indoor tennis courts for year-round play. Basic skills and tournament play coaching for youth and adult players. Strength and conditioning coaching to improve your health and sports performance. Tae Kwon Do programs for all levels and all ages: Off-season, holiday, and summer youth sports camps. Amenities include a pro shop, stringing service, and a snack shop.

Internationally Recognized Taekwondo

CPAC's nationally recognized taekwondo program enhances discipline, builds self-confidence, and increases fitness and endurance. It can be both challenging and fun. It teaches skill and perseverance while providing a great workout. At our Bannockburn location, CPAC offers a full schedule of Taekwondo classes.



Competitive Tennis for Everyone

Competitive and recreational tennis players will find programs to match their skills and goals, with a wide variety of programs for men and women of all levels. For the competitive athlete, we've got a strong community of adults in our Club Travel Teams (3.0 level up to Open level). CPAC competes in the Chicagoland Indoor Tennis Association (CITA) and hosts several USTA teams.

CPAC’s pickleball program is a masterclass in access and community—six courts, all skill levels, no membership required. You feel the energy: open play, drills, leagues, and junior sessions run all year, built for anyone who wants to level up or just have fun.
